libttspico0 software package provides Small Footprint TTS (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libttspico0
libttspico0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libttspico0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libttspico0 *
You will get with libttspico0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
